- In-home Personal Care assessments and development of client care plans
- Ensuring excellent client care and state regulation compliance
- Supervision of Personal Care CAREGivers
- Liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and staff
- Currently licensed with the Virginia Board of Nursing or hold a current multi-state licensure privilege to practice in Virginia
- Valid driver's license
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Home Health experience is a plus
