Our family owned Olympia office is looking for people willing to provide morning weekday services in Lewis, Mason, Thurston and Grays Harbor counties. Our services are designed to meet the needs of a growing population, the types of care we provide vary from client to client, and home to home.We provide 3-4 hours of help a day to client's like Nancy, who is mostly independent. She lives alone and due to her minor mobility issues and the aging process, she has found it really helps her to have a little extra help with daily tasks like bathing and dressing. We also help her with light housekeeping, some meal preparation, and grocery shopping or other errand running.
We also help families like Paul and John. Paul is the son and primary family caregiver of John, who has Alzheimer's. While Paul is at work, we provide 8-12 hours of assistance to his dad. John is also mostly independent, however, because of his cognitive impairment and short term memory loss, he needs supervision and light assistance to ensure his safety when he is alone.
Our higher needs clients, like Wally, receive anywhere from 12-24 hours of care a day. Most have Alzheimer's, or other dementias, in conjunction with common chronic conditions like arthritis, diabetes, or CHF. Clients like Wally live alone, but cannot perform basic daily activities without assistance or around the clock supervision.
Our CAREGivers receive the best training and support available by administrators who are well educated in the field of geriatric care. In return we simply ask for a willing spirit and a big heart.

Requirements (for insurance purposes):
- Valid long term care worker credential (HCA, NAC, Exempt Status)
- Allow the agency to execute county & national criminal background checks
- 21 years of age or older (we encourage mature workers to apply)
- Valid WA state driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Total driving violations of 3 or less within the last 3 years (ex: speeding tickets)
- NO major driving violations within the last 3 years (ex: driv.w/ an invalid license)
- NO SR-21 or SR-22 (No DUI's/DWI's on record)
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a clean, safe and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel & reach
- Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew & cleaning solutions
- Ability to treat & care for clients and their property with dignity & respect
- Ability to adapt to various living environments & locations
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly & congenial manner
