Jiffy Lube is now hiring Manager Trainees!
Responsible for overseeing the personnel of the service center, hiring and training of staff, performing periodic employee performance evaluations, managing the day-to-day operations of the service center, performing roles in the service center as necessary to assist customers, resolving customer issues and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in accordance with established guidelines.
This position require physical presence within the service center with the overall goal of assisting customers with their needs. Physical qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces, such as concrete and/or steel, for extended periods of time and
- Ability to work in environmental conditions such as hot and cold weather
- Ability to operate equipment in which reaching overhead may be required, as well as the ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, pull up, twist body at waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items in hand
- Ability to safely drive vehicles
Additionally, all persons must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) as well as valid driver’s license.
