Massage Envy Spa is one of the fastest growing franchises in the country with 1200+ locations. We are an upscale Massage Therapy and Facial Spa that takes pride giving our guests the ultimate experience for both Massage & Signature Facials. Our facility is new, beautiful, comfortable, luxurious and clean.

If you are OUTGOING, motivated, reliable and enthusiastic about the benefits of massage and facials, and can learn and SELL the Massage Envy Wellness Membership program, then you are our ideal candidate. You must also possess an understanding of the importance of client relations, and have a passion for working with people.

Principle Duties:

• Sell memberships by creating a relationship and understanding of the needs of each guest
• Present the Wellness Program to all guests
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting guest and member relationships
• Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the skills of each therapist
• Answer the phone promptly and professionally, and book appointments based on guest/member need and match guests to the best therapist for their needs
• Book appointments effectively and efficiently and pre­book appointments as outlined in our standards
• Assist guests with service, enhancements and retail selections by discussing and/or demonstrating product results and benefits
• Build knowledge of products for consultations with guests and recommend the best products to suit the guest's needs
• Greet guests and members by name as they enter the clinic
• Check members in and out for appointments
• Maintain guest and member files accurately
• SELL the benefits of the Massage Envy Wellness Program to clients
• Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival and processing their payments
• Assist in maintaining a professional front desk /reception area and cleanliness of the spa
• Create an exceptional experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry

Job Requirements:

• Understand and believe in the benefits of skincare and massage therapy
• Show passion for products, customer service and selling
• Value the importance of customer service and be able to communicate effectively with guests and members, clinic management, estheticians, therapists and other associates
• Ability to work flexible days and hours
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
• Develop a high level of product knowledge
• Ability to sell services, service add­ons, memberships and retail

Candidate Requirements:

• OUTGOING and Enjoy Sales
• EXCEPTIONAL listening skills and ABILITY TO THINK ON YOUR FEET
• CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, and Spa staff
• Professional, responsible and dependable
• Computer literate and a fast learner
• Taking initiative to help others is highly encouraged
• Able to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
