White Castle is seeking a business focused, friendly, dependable and energetic Assistant General Managers to assist the General Manager in directing the activities of the Castle in order to meet and exceed all company and Castle level goals.  

This is an hourly management positions with a starting rate of pay between $16.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.  We will provide on-the-job training, an excellent opportunity for future growth and you will get to participate in one of the best benefits packages in the food service industry, including a 401k, Profit Sharing Plan, and health, dental/vision and life insurance to name a few!

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry. Must possess strong leadership skills, great communication skills, ability to motivate and guide as well as direct others to deliver results

Essential Functions Include:  Training and development, enforcing policies & procedures and overseeing operational responsibilities in conjunction with General Manager.  Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs. Improve performance and results of Castle by motivating team to focus on meeting and exceeding all goals and delivering the expected profit. Supervise and lead castle team members in conjunction with the General Manager. Ensure all aspects of sanitation such as product preparation, stock rotation, food handling and general cleanliness are in compliance. Oversee food preparation and quality control. Have a true passion for making customers happy by supervising operations and working with Crew Managers to resolve issues. In conjunction with the General Manager, oversee operations for adherence to safety standards and a safe work environment at all times. Increase profitability through marketing by optimizing and using all materials provided by the Marketing Department.
