YOU MUST BE A PET LOVER
Customer Service/Receptionist/Front Staff:
- Full Time 35- 40 hrs/wk
- Part Time 25+ hrs/wk
THIS IS NOT JUST A DESK JOB!
Basic duties: (include but not limited to)
- Answering phones with a smile
- Opening doors for clients/guests
- Must have basic computer skills
- Handling dogs, cats and other pets who check in
- Checking guests in for boarding, daycare, grooming and other various services
- Processing all paperwork necessary for boarding, grooming, etc.
- Presenting the client with a contract and upselling amenities
- Handling money and payment processing
- Keeping lobby clean and presentable at all times
- Cleaning up after pets when necessary (poop patrol)
