We are an established in-home, non-medical private duty senior care company looking for an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.
The Staffing Coordinator manages the day-to-day scheduling operations in our west suburban office. Your primary focus will be filling shifts using computer software to match clients with the most appropriate Caregivers. This involves extensive one-on-one interaction with our aging clients, their families and our Caregiving staff.

- Ability to handle constantly changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to work successfully at multiple tasks at the same time.
- Empathy for aging adults and an understanding of how best to support our Caregivers in what can be a stressful and challenging role.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work creatively and at times independently to produce an optimum solution.
- 2 years staffing experience
- Availability to complete some on-call duties
- Be compliant with IDPH background check standards
- Proper compliance with drug screen
