KITCHEN STAFF - PREP, SAUTE, GRILL, FRY COOKS and DISHWASHERS

Servers Job Summary:  Your primary responsibility is to anticipate our guests' needs and provide each one with a positive dining experience.  We hope that you will be able to exhibit genuine hospitality to your guests and have team spirit towards your fellow Bonefish Grill employees.

Kitchen Staff Job Summary:  You will be responsible for the preparation of all food items.  We have a limited but diverse menu that requires speed and accurate preparation.  Our kitchen is well designed with large working areas.  We want you to feel proud of each item you send out.  You are also responsible for maintaining equipment and the cleanliness of your surroundings.
