SUMMARY
Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass produce products such as encapsulated or bonded products by performing the following duties. All applicants will have manditory Drug Screening and Physical Exam.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Positions work piece against stops or aligns layout marks with die or blade.
- Pushes button or depresses pedal to activate machine.
- Sorts suspect product.
TE
- Inspects components to assure quality conformance.
- Solders components together.
- Places product in proper packaging.
- Applies adhesives and components into modules
- Follows quality procedures as it pertains to the manufacturing process.
- Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
- Removes excess flash from product.
- Bolts, clips, bonds, or otherwise fastens parts together.
