We are currently looking for new team members that fit the following required criteria:

• Can work as a member of a team, and is willing to be a leader when called on


• Hold themselves to a high ethical standard


• Ability to have a professional conversation


• A desire to grow as an individual, is coach-able and is willing to help grow other team members


• Believes that details matter


• Available early mornings and has reliable transportation

The following skills are preferred:

• Math Skills, Average to Strong


• Reasoning/Logic Skills, Average to Strong


• Excel or similar Spreadsheet Software, Novice to Expert


• Gmail or similar cloud based email programs


• iOS devices (e.g. iPods, iPhone)


• Previous data entry experience


• Previous management training or experience


• Can lift/ move bottles/cases of liquor and kegs of beer

Previous experience in the following jobs/industries OR the following skills are a HUGE PLUS:

• Bars, Restaurants, Hotels, Gas Stations, Inventory Management, Finance, Retail, Military


• Bartender, Bar Back, Bus Boy, Wait Staff, Cashier, Manager, Bookkeeper, Inventory Guru, Client Support Analyst, Control Analyst, Jack of All Trades, Problem Solver


• Bi-lingual (currently, seeking Spanish and Greek)

Compensation & Benefits for Restaurant Bar Inventory Manager:

• $14/hr to $18/hr to start


• Incentive Pay Opportunities


• Paid Training/On the job training


• 7 Days of Paid Time Off per year


• Mileage and Cell phone stipend


• Position will start as part-time and grow to full-time
