About this job
Company located in Pinson is seeking candidates that have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word. Must have the ability to deal with customer complaints, communicate verbally and in writing. Must be able to coordinate with internal departments QC, Customer Service and Accounting and follow procedures and maintain records. Must handle all phases of a building products warranty claim process, including: Claim Intake, Claim Evaluation(coordinate with QC Department). Claim Resolution(coordinate with Customer Service and Accounting departments). Temp to Hire Position. Pay is $15 per hour. Background and drug screen are required.
