Job Description
- Assisting the Controller and accounting department.
- Working in payables and receivables.
- Creating PO numbers
- Invoicing
- Vender collections
- Will be working with clients and venders.
Job Requirements
Position requires at least 3 years experience within an accounting department. A solid verifiable work history is a must. Must be able to pay attention to detail and multi task. SAP experience helpful but not required. Excellent customer service skills a must!!!!!!! Higher education not required. Must be able to work within Excel to create and edit spreadsheets.
Salary is $12 - 14 per hour and this position is temporary to full time. Pay dependent upon experience.
