Candidate will be responsible for hiring, recruiting, retention, supervising caregivers, employee training, unemployment claims, counseling and terminations. Must possess:
  • Human Resource experience (at least 2 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with employee training
  • Experience with unemployment claims
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
     
    Preferred:
     
  • Experience supervising and recruiting part time employees
  • Experience in the health care industry
  • College degree preferred/will consider job experience
  • Base Pay $18.00 - $20.00 /Hour
