Job - Customer Service Representative
Location - Bridgeville, Pa
Pay - $13.00 to $15.00/hour depending on experience.
Hours - Must be able to work 2 different shifts for this position. 6:30 am to 2 pm AND 2 pm to 10 pm. And you must be available 1 (one) weekend day per week.
Type - Temporary to Permanent hire full time
Dress- Business Casual.
Job Descripton
Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales (40% spent on outbound warm calls on current clients)
Candidate will be answering phone and taking customer information.
- Be friendly and have good speaking voice
- Good phone personality and attitude are absolutely required
- Have strong communication skills
- Have previous telephone and customer service experience w/emphasis on out bound call experience
- Have computer skills
- Possess positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
- Work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Be dependable and punctual
Must have availability for night, weekend, and holiday hours
