About this job

 As a territory, we have experienced back to back years of double digit growth; as a result we have opened new offices and have sent out our top manager to run our new divisions, leaving positions to fill.  The entry-level management position prepares the right individual to run our office within 8-10 Months.The day to day varies, depending on how many representatives you are overseeing and the needs of the office. A typical day can range from speaking with our members, representatives, running meetings and trainings, etc. 

Successful candidates will be highly motivated, positive, have proven leadership abilities, customer service attitude, integrity and a desire for professional development. Willingness to learn every day is a must with exceptional people skills. An individual should possess strong communication and leadership quality. There is a strong potential for candidates to grow and advance within our company.
