Customer Service, Order Processing - Part-time

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. This position includes multi tasking between phone calls, order entry and identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are an online retailer which means most customer interaction will be over the phone or email. We are looking for someone with experience and problem solving skills.

Hours : 12pm-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Starting pay is $13.25 with possibility for a raise after 90 days.

Requirements:

Manage large amounts of incoming calls

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Proven customer support experience

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access etc.

High school diploma/GED

Excellent communication skills

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Must be able to follow instructions and use critical thinking
