Server - Part-time

Chuck E. Cheese’s is seeking outgoing and creative tableside servers to dazzle our guests with their fun and vibrant personalities while explaining our appetizer, alcoholic beverage and dessert menu. Positions are currently available throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Locations available: Grapevine, Irving, Valley View (Montfort), Plano, N. Richland Hills, N. Garland, S. Garland, Grand Prairie, Redbird (Westmoreland) and Lewisville.

 

Our selected candidates will entice guests to try new menu items or order additional items.  You will creatively sell items, enter food and alcohol orders on tablets while at the table, and amaze our kids and parents with your speed, professionalism and sense of humor.  We are looking for sales-minded individuals that are also customer service driven.  

 

You will typically work 20 hours per week, Friday through Sunday.  You will earn $11 per hour plus 15% incentive on eligible items sold. We are looking for energetic people that have a blast with kids and enjoy meeting new people.  Candidates must be at least 18 years old with an ability to sell and serve alcohol.

• Achieve sales quotas by up-selling to guests 
• Enter required sales data into tablet 
• Make each guest feel special by delivering excellent customer service in our fast-paced environment 

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Ability to interact effectively with guests (all ages) and co-workers 
• Ability to create interest and close the sales deal 
• Ability to key alpha and numeric data into handheld tablet 
• Ability to thrive in a high demand service environment 
• Ability to work until 10 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a total of 20 hours per week 
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old with an ability to sell and serve alcohol 
• Prior bartending or waitstaff experience preferred 
• Prior upselling experience preferred 
• Bilingual preferred
• High School Diploma or GED

You must have the ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and push, pull, carry or lift objects weighing between 1 – 50 pounds during your scheduled shift.

Additionally, you will be working in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud sounds and music.
