We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Dishwasher.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

PRIMARY FUNCTION:



Under direction of the Executive Culinary Team, this individual will be responsible for effectively supporting all stewarding operations.



 



PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:




  1. Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.

  2. Timely execution of station requirements to specification of Executive Culinary Team.

  3. Proper usage of dish machine operations.

  4. Knowledge of chemicals and their proper usage.

  5. Shows a willingness to learn.

  6. Maintains and abides by County Health/ Sanitation as well as Legends Hospitality standards.

  7. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Maintains positive guest relations at all times.

  9. Cleans and organizes all glassware on a daily basis.

  10. Provides efficient service and quality products by following direction of culinary management.

  11. Ensures that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a daily basis.

  12. Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.

  13. Performs other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  14. Maintains the food service areas/kitchen in a neat, clean, clutter free and safe environment.

  15. Monitors and removes garbage as needed.



 



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 




  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year stewarding experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions environments for a sports and entertainment venue

  • Must be able to communicate with co-workers and management

  • Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service

  • Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management

  • Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.

  • Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.

  • Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.

  • Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.



 



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to event schedule

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
