We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Premium Bartender.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

PRIMARY FUNCTION: 



Under the direction of Management and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate service of food and beverage orders to guests.



 



PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:  




  1. Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner and is in complete uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance.

  2. Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.

  3. Reports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner.

  4. Fulfills the assigned opening and closing duties.

  5. Mixes and serves alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy.

  6. Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium.

  7. Product inventories must correspond with total sales.

  8. Sets up, maintains and breaks down work station, including garnishes.

  9. Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area.

  10. Communicate with Supervisors and Legends Management with any issues or concerns.

  11. Able to comply with Company service standards and inventory control procedures.

  12. Efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork.

  13. Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.

  14. Able to change and tap kegs and move other product if needed.

  15. Performs and completes other tasks as assigned by management.



 



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:




  • Bartending experience required; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.

  • Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.

  • Must be able to work with others as a team.

  • Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.

  • Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.

  • Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.

  • Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.
