Route Sales Representative - Full-time

Frito-Lay is hiring Route Sales Representatives in Bloomington, MN.

As a Route Sales Representative, you are in charge of selling and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of quality products to existing and new accounts while driving a Frito-Lay truck, which requires a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position offering $865/weekly pay plus variable rate overtime , averaging 50-60 hours per week. Frito-Lay is proud to set the industry standard in terms of pay and benefits. What do you need to succeed?
Previous route sales experience is ideal, but retail experience is also beneficial, particularly if you have worked in a management position or in big-box department stores. Any previous sales experience is a plus because you will be working closely with local stores and will have continuous contact with customers.

What will you actually do?

Although sales experience is important to your success, this is a physical job. After taking your morning inventory, you will be loading and unloading products to and from the truck and delivering product to customer locations, often using a 2-wheel dolly or other rolling product equipment.

Making sure our products look great on the shelves requires the ability to push/pull, bend, climb, stoop, and kneel for extended periods. We classify this position as "medium work." It involves frequent lifting up to 15 pounds. On occasion, lifting 40 pounds may be required.
