About this job

- Full-Time Customer Service Agent to help with new customer and client list. NHM is a stable profitable company that works directly with major clients in various industries. NHM's main focus is to help drive and increase revenue and build quality relationships with new businesses, customers, and Management. NHM is currently looking to hire a full time customer service agent to help with communications and client services throughout the Washington Area. We are looking for candidates that can perform at maximum levels and produce quality results for our clients.

 

 

 As part of our customer service and client services team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Maintaining direct customer service

- Regularly attend client meeting for product knowledge, account performance reviews and goal setting

- Drives maximum product penetration and revenue generation
- Explanation of new services and products: training is provided on services offered

- Direct customer service and client services: responsible for exchanging of services and products
- establishing and maintaining long term relationships with customers, prospects and distributors
- Major Account Management

- Management Training and Development Classes

Requirements

Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); may include specialized or vocational courses. College degree preferred.

- We are seeking a career-minded, motivated self-starter with strong leadership, communication, planning, project management, and organizational skills.

- Candidates should be proficient with sales strategies and customer service

- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment

- Strong Communication skills

- Being presentable in front of our clients.
