Home Instead Senior Care is a private duty homecare company serving Manatee County. The On Call/Service Coordinator position that entails both in-office hours three days a week, and On Call Coordinator 3 weeknights and part of the weekend. We provide complete and thorough in-office training before assigning On Call duties.

In-Office
Your primary responsibility while working in the office is to support our Service Coordinator I and Service Coordinator II positions. Specifically:
While On Call after hours you are responsible for:

You must understand and adopt our mission to provide quality care to seniors. You must embrace the opportunity to work independently as well as being a member of a dedicated team. In-Office
Your primary responsibility while working in the office is to support our Service Coordinator I and Service Coordinator II positions. Specifically:
- Email schedules to caregivers
- Communicate schedule changes to clients and caregivers
- Enter your communication into the company's software system
- Assist the Service Coordinators in making phone calls and identifying possible candidates for client visits
While On Call after hours you are responsible for:
- Answering each cal in a friendly and professional manner
- Filling open client visits that occur while On Call (call offs and/or emergency shifts)
- Documenting and communicating client and schedule changes to the Service Coordinator I the next day
- Fielding prospective client inquiries
