Our Front of House Management channels the energy from the Main Street Bistro front of house team to orchestrate our entire guest experience. They are natural motivators, capable of maintaining a fun and energetic atmosphere while keeping things moving and running smoothly. They demonstrate a keen attention to detail in delivering outstanding service and hospitality. Service Managers are true role models for the rest of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and managing team members in our service systems
• Knowing our guests’ needs and monitoring food and beverage service
• Knowledge of liquor laws and food safety regulations
• Managing unexpected events, including guest complaints
