Lead Cook

The Lead Cook is responsible for preparing our signature dishes and overseeing their preparation by other cooks in order to ensure that our food is cooked and presented according to AMF standards. When the Kitchen Manager/Chef is not available, it’s the Lead Cook who runs the show—guiding the kitchen staff in their collective mission to produce classic American dishes that go way beyond your typical bowling alley menu. In addition to preparing food, the Lead Cook also performs some managerial duties—receiving food and supply orders, and checking the calibration of cooking and refrigeration equipment on a regular basis to ensure product quality and freshness.
