Lane Servers

Our Lane Servers are menu ambassadors—providing insight into our first-class selection of fine food and drink. These team members exhibit exceptional service by taking menu orders, by reviewing orders for accuracy and delivering orders promptly, and by accepting payments and making change for our guests. Lane Servers, however, do more than just deliver food and drink; they maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and can also speak intelligently to our current promotions and specials. Lane Servers develop a rapport with their guests—no matter how brief the encounter—routinely checking back with them, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations in an effort to provide the highest level of guest care.
