Behavior Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

REM Minnesota is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to develop behavior plans and provide behavior intervention and other therapeutic services to the individuals we serve. The Behavior Analyst works directly with the regional teams to observe and understand the situation, develop behavior plans and provide training to team members. The position requires routine travel throughout the designated regions in Central and Northern Minnesota.

This position’s primary office location is flexible and can be located in the Central or Northern Minnesota area. Relocation assistance may be available.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst is preferred, however equivalent education/work experience will be considered
• Minimum one year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention and staff training
• Experience with development and conduct of research in behavior analysis with in an applied setting preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state regulations
• Demonstrated ability in areas of leadership, employee training and public relations
• Skilled in written and oral communications and service development
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of behavior management principles, program development and monitoring techniques
• Eligible as determined by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and The Network's compliance plan
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
