Now hiring for Dish Machine Operator/Prep Cook
Responsibilities:
- Sorts and racks dishes and glasses, Pre-soaks silverware and loads dish machine
- Ensures proper levels of detergent, rinse agent and water temperature
- Checks for cleanliness at end of rinse cycle
- Follows all food safety and sanitation procedures when prepping food items
- Drains and refills dish machine as assigned
- Restocks kitchen and pantry area with clean china
- Performs some food prep duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Good teamwork skills
- Follows all company guidelines on safety
- Valid Health Card and Food Safety (when applicable)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs wearing back brace
