CURRENTLY HIRING A RELIABILITY ENGINEER
DESCRIPTION:
Assist in the design a master production equipment/technical information library to properly archive all operating manuals, performance information, bills of material, PM schedules, overhaul schedules, lubrication program, spare parts listing, fault diagnosis information and training programs.
Develop a reliability incident reporting process to record all incidents of faults, failures, breakdowns, production interruptions and disorders. Use for fault/failure analysis criticality and with other reliability analysis tools to eliminate or mitigate the effects of such incidents.
Review equipment performance for frequency and duration of inspections, PMs, servicing and condition monitoring, and compare to speed, precision, availability, utilization and reliability criteria.
Develop a formal Root-Cause Failure Analysis process for significant reliability incidents to discern causes and initiate permanent corrective action.
Develop and document equipment performance standards, including condition reports verifying operating procedures, FMEAs, spare parts availability and other supportability analyses consistent with a proactive maintenance strategy
Assist in root cause analysis of ongoing equipment problems
Provide technical knowledge and problem solving skills to encourage better decision making
Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. +5 years of reliability engineering experience or preventative maintenance experience2. Large Industrial Experience (metals, mining, cement, paper industries)
3. Completion of a four year federally approved technical training program in mechanical repair and maintenance
4. Leadership/Supervisory experience
5. Experience with SAP, planning preventative maintenance activities along with corrective maintenance activities
6. Ability to implement continuous improvement projects as they relate to PMs
7. Ability to read blueprints, machine and process drawings
8. Experience with Hydraulics & Pneumatic equipment
