Requirements and Job responsibilities:
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair and full replacement (certified Tech only)
• Plumbing Knowledge
• Electrical Knowledge
• Appliance Troubleshooting and Repair
• Sheetrock Repair and painting
• Facilitation of Resident Work Orders
• Scheduling Make-Ready Process
