Don Pancho, Authentic Mexican Foods, a tortilla manufacturer located in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Technician to join their Quality Assurance Team.
Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of direct food manufacturing experience in a production environment (Quality Control knowledge a plus).
A successful candidate must have attention to detail, accuracy in recording information and data.
- Prefer candidates to have a high school diploma or GED.
- This position requires flexibility to work weekends when needed.
- General knowledge of food safety programs required.
- Wage negotiable depending on skills, experience & education.
