Mission: To oversee the daily Front of House Operations by providing a “REMARK” able experience for our guests and our team through effective and efficient management of team members, team leads, time and tem-work.

Job Outcomes:

• Overseeing Front of House operations

• Maintain cash management systems throughout assigned shift, order change when necessary

• Complete ServeSafe certification

• Serve as main liaison with Heart of House Leadership

• Perform huddles with your team to communicate goals, results and award Cluck Bucks

• Completing Team Member evaluations

• Actively plans for results and takes ownership of outcomes

• Ability to apply for Grand Openings with store approval

• Assist in controlling Food, Labor and Paper Costs

• Maintain Safety and Security eTrain certification

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Team Leads are meeting performance requirements

• Complete Front Counter eTrain Material

• Complete Heart of House Training

• Complete Senior Lead portion of Leadership Workbook

Evaluations:

Evaluations will occur on monthly basis and conducted by a Senior Leader, an Assistant Director or the Front of House Operations Director.

Core Qualifications:

• High School Graduate

• Year and a Half Commitment

• Successful completion of the Team Lead portion of the Leadership Development Program

Performance Metrics:

• CEM Scores

• ROE Scores

• SAFE Scores

• Team Lead Performance

• Cost Control Performance
