***1st shift Maintenance Technician Opportunity available in Plymouth, IN with the following qualifications:
- This is a mechanical maintenance position; candidates can expect to on a day to day basis be working in one of 3 departments, which include the plastic container department, corrugated box department, or the door core department.
- They will be doing mostly putting out immediate repairs on M-TH, however, on Friday's they don't typically run production so that's when they typically do most of their PM's (unless a machines broken - they will PM it while down).
- Typical repairs that they will need to do will be replacing gears, motors and shafts.
- Beyond this - they make all of their machinery in house, which is where the fab/welding skills come into place. They are typically doing MIG/ stick welding on roll stock steel.
Must Haves
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Fabrication skills
- 3-phase motors
Nice to Have
- Come from a corrugated industry
- Computer skills (Microsoft office suite)
