Call Center Representative
- Handling inbound calls to enroll or assist customers with questions regarding health insurance.
- Working within internal computer system navigating information as necessary
- At times may have to assist with mailing, outboung calls, or data entry projects.
Qualifications:
- one year call center experience.
- High school diploma or GED
- bilingual a plus
- Good computer skills
- Working ability on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Hours: Part-Time - Monday and Tuesday, 9:30 - 6:00
