Our Inside Sales Managers are key individuals that contribute directly to the company's goal of becoming the number one satellite TV provider in the United States.  They have the opportunity to earn a substantial income through our aggressive commission plan.   

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 2+ years related experience and 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Assertive, yet consultative and results oriented with a contagious competitive attitude.
  • Intermediate computer and data entry skills including use of the web and Microsoft Office..
  • Excellent communication skills; including, articulation, grammar, and persuasion.
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff.
  • Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth oriented, and time-critical environment.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures or government policy. Able to write reports/correspondence/procedure manuals, and present information and respond to questions from managers/customers/general public.

This individual will be responsible for teaching, developing, leading, and motivating a team of DISH Inside Sales Associates and Leads.  Sales Managers will supervise and coordinate activities to ensure that department goals are met and surpassed.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversees and communicates Sales performance objectives to Inside Sales team.
  • Ensure adequate standards are met for attendance, payroll, performance documentation and other established processes.
  • Drives results through leadership, guidance, mentoring and quantitative feedback to employee
  • Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager including planning, evaluating, controlling and tracking against goals, budget, and timetables. Meets or exceeds sales performance goals.
  • Properly analyze and communicate sales results, productivity, and quality.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Ensures the execution of company standards as they relate to the sales department.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
  • Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
