BI-LINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) National chain is seeking Bi-Lingual CSR's for Morganton, NC and Marion, NC locations. CSR Duties




  • Using phone skills to receive & make calls to customers

  • Directly assist customers in a professional manner to accept payments

  • Develop product knowledge to assist customers

  • Assist in maintaining showroom

  • Input customer information into store computer system

  • Bilingual, English/Spanish



CSR Benefits include paid time off including vacation days, sick days and holidays;  five day work weeks, Sundays always off!;  ongoing training and development; pay up to $10.50/hour, based on experience. Drug screen and background check required.
