Parts Cleaner - ALL SHIFTS, 24 hour factory/3 shifts (Tomball, TX)
Compensation: $8.15/hour
Employment type: full-time
The Parts Cleaner will remove excess flash and trims parts to final dimensions or prepares parts for next production process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Cuts, sands, or scrapes excess flash or material from cast parts after casting.
- Checks for casting flaws, low spots from molding, bubbles, and other flaws.
- Records production on worksheets.
- Inspects work piece for conformity to specifications.
- Notifies Shop Foreman of recurring flaws.
- Prepares products for postcuring and helps transport to oven.
The starting rate is $8.15/ hour.
