Bilingual Staffing Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Currently seeking Bilingual English/Spanish candidates for a Staffing Manager opportunity in Bayport, NY. Manager will be responsible for a large food manufacturing account in the area. Duties include overall management of the account, management of internal team as well as contractors placed on site. Day to day responsibilities are not limited to contractor follow up, employee relations, performance management, recruiting and client follow up and communication. Staffing manager will also help establish recruiting plans and goals for the recruiting team. Candidate will also be involved in high level meetings with the clients internal team. This is a high volume recruiting account focused on general production positions in a food manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have outgoing personality, can do attitude, be hardworking, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, posses prior management or leadership experience and have a proven track record of high level customer service. Must have great interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be ok with spending a high percentage of your time out on the manufacturing floor.

Full Time - Direct Hire Position

Eligible for $4500 in bonuses

Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm (must be flexible)
