We will be hosting a Job Fair on May 17th and 18th from 9am-5pm!
All job fairs are held on site: 12523 Limonite Ave., Suite 490 / Eastvale, CA 91752
Our Front of House Team Members provide friendly, responsive and exceptional guest service to ensure the guests of Luna Grill will become “Raving Fans”.
Essential Responsibilities
- Engages the guests as they enter and leave the restaurant.
- Ensures the guest has a great experience by following standards and the sequence of service.
- Informs guest(s) of specials and menu changes and makes recommendations accordingly.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items by answering questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
- Takes guest’s food orders and handle cash and credit transactions according to standards.
- Works with kitchen staff to meet any special requirements for ingredients and preparation of food.
- Delivers food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in the service area, dining room and restrooms.
- Monitors and observe guest’s dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Thanks guest for their visit and invite them to return.
- Attends all schedule team member meetings/training and brings suggestions for improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
