Babysitter Needed In Pineville/Ballantyne

I'm looking for a great babysitter for my sons, ages 17 months and 3 1/2. This is a part time position to help us out during late morning/early afternoon hours on Saturdays and one or two other days (probably Wednesday or Thursday). Looking to establish a good relationship with a caregiver who might even be available for the occasional date night out for us if availability allows. Animal lovers please apply (we have pets)! A car is not provided - please have your own although driving the kids around is not at all required. Someone with lots of energy and ideas would be a huge plus as our older son especially is very active and energetic.
