About the position:

• Protection of lives and property is the number one priority of the Dispatcher/Customer Service Operator!
• Burglary, medical, fire, and holdup signals are examples of some of the alarms that are received by the Dispatcher/Customer Service operator for handling.
• Dispatcher/Customer Service operators also handle incoming calls from our customer & company network that may have requests, questions, or issues concerning a particular alarm system.
• Dispatcher/Customer Service operators also perform other duties such as data entry, paperwork filing, and equipment checks.

About compensation:

• Starting wage is $10 per hour. Annual reviews. Increases based upon merit.
• Insurance benefits are provided to each employee (once released from the preliminary employment period) at NO cost. They are 100% paid for by the company. Blue Cross program, major medical, dental, eye care, and prescription drug plan. Employee is simply responsible for copay. This is a FULL insurance plan provided.
• Employees are automatically enrolled (at NO employee cost or contribution) into the Company Profit Sharing plan. Contributions are made annually to each portfolio (amount depends on profits). On-line access and yearly statements provided.

We are hiring for the following shift (permanent non-rotating):

• Middle Shift – Sunday through Thursday 4pm-12am (once released from training)

Training schedule (Approx. 6 to 8 weeks – possible early release depending upon performance) Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.
