Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for completion of medium to large projects (most involving printed material) or multiple smaller projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
Manage all aspects of those projects, most involving printed material and PHI
Gather and document business requirements
Development  and monitor Project Plans and schedules
Resolve variances from project plans
Identify and manage interdependencies in relation to projects and deliverables
Establish project documentation and organization structure
Provide project leadership and work direction to team members

Requirements

Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field
1-3 years’ experience in Project Management including gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting
1-3 years’ experience in business including analysis experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Working knowledge of Business Segment organizational structure
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in print and fulfillment, variable data-type of knowledge
Classroom training on PMI project management methodology
Expertise in applying project management principles (Scoping, Requirements, Risk Planning, etc.)
Familiar with Six Sigma methodology
Ability to influence customers to follow sound project management practices
Ability to build and maintain trust relationships with a customer
Ability to diagnose Project Problems and provide proactive project risk management
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
Ability to effectively communicate risk and accountability
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and / or process improvement recommendations
Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
Ability to problem solve, including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data
Proficient in written and verbal communications appropriate for all levels
Experience with print materials and process preferred
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project and Visio
