Run next day appointments for credits & balances
Review each encounter and make corrections as needed
Call patients with balances
Alert notes for patients with credits, patients that need to make a payment and patients that need to see billingCash Surgery Log

Check log for patients that need to pay
Contact those patients and collect payment and/or make payment arrangementsPatient AR

Run patient aging
Review account
Call patient to collect, send final or doctor decision as neededIncoming Calls

Audit and review patient accounts for those that call
Insurance follow up, including resubmission of claims, as necessary
Take payment via credit card or make payment plan over the phone
Update patient account with any additional info

Required Qualifications:

High school education or GED
1 year Medical Patient Account experience
Type 45wpm
10-key
Strong communication skills
Ability to read and understand eob's
Microsoft Word / Excel
