About this job

Evaluate and monitor current and newly developed operation policies, procedures, and systems among multiple departments or locations, and provide reporting and data analysis to management as needed.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business information and data
  • Able to create reports/correspondence/presentations, and present information and respond to questions from customers and management
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet program such as MS-EXCEL
  • Knowledge of databases, SQL, or VBA preferred
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and non-technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

AssociatAssociate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and three plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Assists in the analysis of current processes and procedures in order to make recommendations to promote effective operations within the Customer Service Centers (CSC) organization through various tools and data
  • Assists in the completion of projects by following general guidelines established by superiors
  • Assists in the preparation of alternatives for review for enhancements to operational policies, procedures, and systems
  • Assists management with communication tactics and materials to facilitate changes in business policy, procedures, and system implementations
  • Evaluates performance against established metrics to determine acceptable levels of quality or efficiency for various business functions and units
  • Prepares reporting for various audiences, from Coaches to VPs, to help in the day-to-day operations of the CSC organization
  • Builds and applies broad knowledge of practices and procedures in area of expertise
