providing general support our clients and/or network in reviewing,
researching, investigating and resolving all types of appeals and
grievances. Primary Responsibilities:

The PPO Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling provider disputes via a call group or email, setting these provider disputes up in our customer service module and acting as the liaison between our clients and our PPO network partners.
The Customer Service representative will be responsible for ensuring these disputes are addressed timely and manages these tickets from open to closure.
A large portion of this position is spent on the phone with providers and handling escalated situations so a background of customer service is preferred.Limited work experience.Works on simple tasks using established procedures.Depends on others for guidance.Work is typically reviewed by others.

Requirements


Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of Customer Service Experience in a call center environment analyzing and solving customer problems
Experience creating and modifying documents within MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work overtime as needed

Assets:

Experience with Healthcare/Medicare Terminology
Managed Care and previous Appeals/Grievances experience
