This is a first shift welding position.
Must be able to read prints, and do fabrication from prints
Mig Welders 15 to 16 based on weld test
TIG on Aluminum welders 17 hour
Fabricators 15 to 16 hour- first, second and third shifts
Must be able to set up welding machines
