Call Center Representative - Full-time / Part-time

A client company located in Chantilly, VA is seeking to hire a Call Center Specialist for a 4 Month-Contract-to-hire opportunity.

Our client is a 3rd party In-home health care provider.

**Recent Call Center Experience Required**

The position pays $14/hour during the contract period.

This individual will be responsible for:

• The Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to medicare patients to schedule in home health assessments as per Carrier mandates
• The Scheduling Specialist will act as a liaison between insurance carrier/broker, third party health care provider (our client) and medicare patients to ensure that they take advantage of the free health assessment and that all of the health information is entered in the proprietary system correctly for accurate medical reporting and coding purposes

They ideally need at least ONE YEAR of call center - sales calling experience, but they would be open to inbound customer service also if you have the ability to show their sales skills and aptitude to sell in the interview.

Performance Metrics:

• Looking to set 8-12 appointments per day
• Measured off their quality percentage (they have a training team that listens to random calls and rates them off certain criteria)
• Measured on errors in the computer system regarding documentation (requires great attention to detail)
• Their most important measurement is a production rate which is the ratio of appointment sets: appointments declined
