Aerotek is hiring in 50 customer service / call center positions!
- Call center associates will be making outbound calls to members and patients who received surveys by mail but did not complete surveys and return them.
- They are warm calls and they need to be comfortable on the phone and saying medical terms.
Qualifications:
- Computer/ system experience in previous role
- Need to be able to work on computer for entire shift and at desk with headset. Must be on the phone 85-90% of day.
- Type 30 WPM
Schedule offered:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 3 pm - 11 pm
Sat. 10 am - 6 pm
