Civil Land Drafter

Job resonsibilities will include producing CAD drawings on a large number of concurrent projects, to include title surveys, topographic surveys, base drawings for engineering design, coordinate control plans, and subdivision plats.

Occasional engineering drawings may be produced under direction of a Professional Engineer.

Search legal and survey records and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries and areas to be surveyed.

Verify the accuracy of field survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

Prepare preliminary descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases or other legal documents 5.

Coordinate findings with the work of engineers, clients and others involved in projects.

Must Have:

AUTO CAD experience

New Jersey work experience

Land Development experience

5 + years preferred
