QC Management is HIRING! We have committed to expanding our Davenport location; therefore, we must start talent scouting right away for customer service retail associates. Our hope is to transition these entry level employees into leadership or management roles! Responsibilities of the Customer Serivce / Sales Rep include:



- Provide Exceptional Customer Service with Every Existing and Potential Customer



- Assist Customers Daily with their Purchases, Services, and Billing Issues



- Educate Customers on all Services/Promotions Offered, Exhibiting Exceptional Product Knowledge



- Provide Product/Service support in order to Establish Proper Channels of Communication
