Care Services Clinical Operations Project Manager - Telecommute US - Full-time / Part-time

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for management and administration of multiple functions, or management of general business operations
Manage daily operations of multiple levels of staff and multiple functions/departments across one or more business units
May include day to day site operations, management leadership internal and external to organization, accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals)
Project management and implementation, staff management
Impact of work is most often at the operational or local business unit or market level
  

Required Qualifications: 

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Healthcare industry experience
3+ years of business project management experience, demonstrated experience managing complex, end to end projects
3+ years of experience in business process improvement projects including process solutions
Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Ability to influence course of action with diplomacy and tact when others are directly accountable for outcomes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a matrix environment, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely; interface and present to leadership effectively
Communicate effectively, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Build trust and form effective relationships with stakeholders
Experience with working on a virtual team  
Client management experience  
Proficient in meeting facilitation 
Working in a clinical operations environment helpful
